COACH Express “COACH” allows you to quickly build daily training sessions of your sportsmen - such as cardio, musculation, circuit training or specific meetings.
Conceived and designed by IFDIS Engineering, specialist performance in sport engineery , COACH Express “COACH” help your sportsmen to achieve their goals whatever they are: to stay healthy, to increase cardio vascular system, to increase muscular system, or to prepare a competition.
COACH Express “COACH” allows you to communicate with your sportsmen in real time. You will be able to encourage, and advise your sportsmen with the online chat.

FUNCTIONS OF THE APPLICATION COACH Express “COACH”:
- Invitation of your sportsmen (they will have to download the application intended for the sportsmen: COACH Express “ATHLETE”)
- Informations complete of your sportsmen and their objectives
- Listing of your sportsmen with photograph
- Conception of training session : cardio, Musculation, training circuit as crossfit, and specific sessions of various sports.
- Insertion of your own photographs or images of exercises
- Online Chat with alarm and notification on your iPhone and iPad.

COACH Express “COACH” functionalities :
You have the possibility to record five sportsmen.
You have the possibility to create 4 training sessions.
If you want to follow more than 2 sportsmen, one payment of 2,99 € by new sportsmen will be recquire, taken your account iTunes at the time of the confirmation of the purchase.
If you choose to assign training sessions to your athletes in an unlimited way, a payment of 4,99 € will be taken of your account iTunes at the time of the confirmation of the purchase.
It will be the same if you choose the possibility of creating meetings in unlimited, a payment of 4,99 € will be taken of your account iTunes at the time of the confirmation of the purchase
